No. The first technical discussion and an initial assessment of your enquiry are free. At the end of it you get a straight answer about whether the problem is solvable and roughly what it would involve. If it is not a good fit for us, we will say that too.

Get in touch first, either through the form or by phone. We will talk through what the sample is, the conditions it was used in and what kind of finding you are expecting. After that we send the shipping address and the labelling format. Samples are logged against a reference number when they arrive.

As standard. We have our own template and we are equally happy to review and sign yours. It is worth completing that step before sharing anything technical.

Yes. Meetings and reporting are carried out in English. Sample shipping and customs clearance are built into the project timeline at the planning stage, since they can add more time than people expect.
