An independent materials research company
Novera Arge Teknoloji Limited Sirketi is a materials research and technology company registered in Istanbul. We work on polymer and elastomer systems and carry that work through to production.
Who we are
We work on the gap between a good result and a working process
A compound that performs well in a laboratory does not always behave the same way on a production line. Closing that gap is the work.
The company was founded in August 2023 and is based in Uskudar, Istanbul. Our field of activity covers plastics and rubber in primary forms, which is where our technical work sits: compound development, process improvement and the supply of materials that have been validated for a specific application.
We work with manufacturers who have a defined technical problem. Sometimes that is a new product that needs a material to exist for it. More often it is an existing product that has started to fail, become too expensive, or fallen outside a regulation that has changed.
What we set out to do
Solve the material and process problems that industrial manufacturers run into, using proper method and in a form that can actually be applied on site. Development work of this kind is usually only available to large companies with their own research departments. We want it to be within reach of mid-sized manufacturers as well.
Where we are heading
To build a body of work in polymer and elastomer technology that holds up internationally, and to become a reliable point of reference in this region for circular material questions, where the regulatory pressure is increasing faster than the technical answers are arriving.
How we operate
The principles behind our decisions
These are not statements of intent. Each one corresponds to something we do at a specific point in a project.
Confidentiality is absolute
Customer formulations, samples and test data are held under a project reference and are not visible outside the project team.
Honest commitments
If we think a target is out of reach, we say so before the contract rather than explaining it afterwards.
Knowledge transfer
The aim is for your team to be able to run the solution without us. We are not trying to build a dependency.
Environmental option on the table
In every project we also assess a lower impact alternative and put it in front of you, whether or not it was part of the brief.
Recognised standards
Work is carried out against ISO, ASTM and the relevant sector norms, and reports are written in that language so they can be used elsewhere.
